Cathy Hays

Cathy Hays is a Senior Vice President in Employee Benefits at McGriff, Seibels & Williams, where since April 2008, responsibilities include leading a team of Employee Benefits Consultants to evaluate and implement employee benefits programs for clients. Prior to this role, Cathy served as an Executive Group Benefits Consultant at Premier Benefits Group from September 1999 until the merger with McGriff, managing employee benefits for diverse industries. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President at both Frantech Corporation, an international wholesale distributor of security equipment, and Fichet-Bauche North America, where operations management responsibilities were held. Cathy Hays holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
