Daniela Romero

Daniela Romero, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an Employee Benefits Account Executive at McGriff since August 2022. Prior to this role, Daniela held the position of Director of Benefits at OK Foods Inc. from August 2021 to August 2022. Daniela's extensive experience includes over 15 years at My HR Pros, where roles included Head of HR and Operations, Projects & Programs Sr. Manager, and Benefits Manager. Earlier in the career, Daniela was a Human Resource Management Student Trainee with the U.S. Forest Service from January 2001 to January 2003. Daniela obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Management Option from Cal Poly Humboldt, completing studies from 2000 to 2004. Education also includes graduating from North Hollywood High School.
