Gary Sanders

Gary Sanders serves as the Area Executive for McGriff, overseeing Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana, with a focus on driving new sales and client retention. Previously, Gary held the position of Senior Vice President and Commercial Lines Leader at NavSav, managing operations across 50 offices and leading a team of 110. Prior to that role, Gary was Vice President at RSS Insurance, where responsibilities included building the sales function and mentoring producers. With a foundation in commercial insurance from Brown & Brown Insurance, Gary has proven success in managing accounts, growing market share, and developing sales strategies. Educationally, Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Troy University.
