Heather Smith has over 20 years of experience in client services within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Florida Client Service Leader for Personal Lines at McGriff since November 2003. In addition to this role, Heather holds the position of VP Regional Client Services Manager at BB&T Insurance Services Inc., also since November 2003, where responsibilities have included serving as Personal Lines Manager. Heather graduated from Lakewood High School in 1992.
