John Waikle is the Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at McGriff, a position held since July 2023. With over 27 years of experience in employee benefit planning, John has demonstrated expertise in benefit plan analysis, development of creative plan designs, and financial solutions tailored for mid-market and large employers. Prior to McGriff, John served as Principal at IAG Infinity Assurance Group from July 2020 to June 2023 and held senior leadership roles at USI Insurance Services and Venbrook. John also owned JWC Insurance Services from May 1995 to October 2010, further solidifying a comprehensive background in the insurance industry.
