Melissa Keller

Melissa Keller currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Senior Account Executive at McGriff since January 2023. Previous experience includes holding the position of Senior Director at Public Partnerships | PPL from July 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities involved directing care organizations and managing self-direction programs. Prior roles also include Account Executive at Aetna, Senior Strategic Account Manager at HealthAmerica, and Client Manager at Brown & Brown/Alpha Benefits Division. Melissa began a career in the insurance industry at HealthAmerica and held an Account Executive position at MAMSI in 1997. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and ongoing studies at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
