Phil Howard

Phil Howard is the Vice President at McGriff Insurance Services and currently serves as a Strategy Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency in Virginia Beach, Virginia. With a rich background in both Property & Casualty and Health & Welfare sectors, Phil began their career at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, managing sales and retention for sizable employee groups. In 1994, seeking new challenges, Phil established The James River Insurance Agency, which later merged to form Benefit Consultants of Virginia, Inc. Phil is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and continues to excel in delivering employee benefits solutions.
