Phil Theodore

Phil Theodore has extensive experience in the legal field, holding various roles in different companies over the years. Phil began their career as a Partner at King & Spalding in 1981, where they worked until 2003. Following this, they served as Vice President - General Counsel at Serologicals from 2003 to 2006, and then as Vice President, General Counsel at John H. Harland from 2006 to 2007. Subsequently, they held the position of Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Zep Inc. from 2010 to 2014. Phil then became the Sr VP, General Counsel at AEterna Zentaris Inc. from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Taylor English Duma LLP as a Partner, and in 2019, they became the Senior Vice President at McGriff, Seibels & Williams.

Phil Theodore attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 1975 to 1978, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, from 1971 to 1975, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
