Richard Spradlin

Richard Spradlin has extensive experience in the insurance and real estate industries, with a career spanning over three decades. Since January 1990, Richard has served as an Account Executive at McGriff Insurance Services Inc. and as a Business Insurance Agent and Vice President at BB&T Insurance Services Inc., focusing on commercial property and casualty insurance for diverse business sectors across the United States. Richard's career began in 1990 with Puckett Scheetz & Hogan Insurance Agency and transitioned to BB&T following an acquisition in 2008. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Coastal Appraisal Services, Inc. from March 1984 to January 1990, specializing in appraisals for large commercial properties. Richard holds a BA and MEd degree in Education from the University of South Carolina, completed between 1970 and 1976.
