Ricky Schwarz

Ricky Schwarz, CPCU, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Florida Senior Living & LTC Practice Leader at McGriff, a position held since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at both USI Insurance Services (February 2022 - February 2023) and AssuredPartners, Inc. (May 2016 - February 2022), as well as serving as Vice President at Alliance Insurance Group (May 2017 - 2018). Ricky also held the title of Account Executive at Brown & Brown from 2012 to May 2016 and worked as a Sales Assistant at Southeast Plastics from November 2005 to 2011, focusing on data entry, customer service, scheduling, and tradeshows. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and a high school diploma from Seabreeze High School.
