Ryan Youngblood

Ryan Youngblood, CPCU, is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as Vice President and Business Insurance Advisor at McGriff since November 2015, where expertise includes consulting with healthcare and senior living groups on insurance solutions. Previously, Ryan held the position of Sales Team Lead in Commercial Lines Insurance at McGriff, leading a five-member sales team across multiple states. A graduate of the Leadership Development Program at BB&T, Ryan also gained experience at Nationwide Insurance in various roles, including Claims Specialist and Senior Representative for Central Sales Operations Support. Ryan's early career includes internships in marketing at IMG College and the Carolina Hurricanes, as well as a human resources internship at Golden Corral. Ryan holds a dual degree in Marketing and Finance from Appalachian State University.
