Swain Beard

Swain Beard currently serves as the President of The First Tee of Louisville, a position held since January 2024. In addition, Swain has extensive experience in the insurance industry, working as the Senior Vice President for Executive & Employee Benefits at McGriff since January 2001. Swain Beard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1993.
