Tracy Butler

Tracy Butler currently serves as Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at McGriff, Seibels & Williams, a role held since December 2013, focusing on business development and client engagement. Prior to this, Tracy was Vice President at The Plexus Groupe from March 2004 to December 2013, contributing to the establishment of the Dallas office and leading client engagements. Tracy also held the position of Branch Director at Hall Kinion, overseeing hiring, training, and permanent recruiter management, and worked as Director at Staff Search, where Tracy initiated and managed office operations. Tracy Butler earned a Bachelor's Degree from Baylor University, attending from 1988 to 1991, and graduated from South Garland High School in 1987.
