Vivian Unks

Vivian Unks possesses extensive experience in human resources, specializing in employee relations and performance management. A VP and Senior Teammate Relations Manager at Truist from 2013 to 2021, Vivian led multifaceted efforts in employee relations across various regions, managing investigations and ensuring compliance. Subsequently, as an HR Business Partner at Equitable, Vivian provided critical support and insights on employee relations trends from January 2022 to March 2023. Prior to these roles, various HR and consulting positions were held across multiple organizations, including Charter Communications as Senior Manager, Employee Relations, and currently as an HR Business Partner at McGriff, supporting senior leadership with strategic HR initiatives. Vivian holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and has additional degrees in education and recreation from Queens University of Charlotte and the University of Florida, respectively.
