Charles Shirley

Charles Shirley currently serves as the Director for Commissioner Precinct 3 at Montgomery County Hospital District since January 2023. In addition, Shirley has been the Managing Director at Aidan Capital Management LLC since February 2000, where responsibilities include partnering with public companies to provide financing through various capital channels. Previously, Shirley worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from November 1996 to November 2000. Shirley holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Washburn University School of Law, attained between 1985 and 1988, and a degree from The University of Kansas, completed in 1985.
