Michael Sinickas has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at McHugh Construction since May 2018. In this role, Michael has been instrumental in managing the construction of a 20-story luxury condominium building, focusing on submittals, RFIs, safety audits, and construction change directives. Prior to this, Michael worked as an Honor Caddie at Midlothian Country Club from August 2011 to June 2020, where responsibilities included mentoring and training younger caddies while delivering exceptional customer service to golfing members.
