Liam O’Connell

Liam O’Connell is a Quantity Surveyor with over 5 years of experience in construction, including 3 years in rail. Currently, Liam works with B & M McHugh on their CP7 Southern Framework, having previously held key roles on major projects such as the Nuneham Viaduct and Balfour Beatty’s Regional Buildings project. Liam possesses a diverse range of commercial expertise, including subcontractor management and cost estimating, and is well-versed in NR4, NEC3, and NEC4 contracts. Liam holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of the West of England and is focused on advancing within the infrastructure sector.
