Dilini Jayasinghe, CHRP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the City of Toronto since April 2013, currently serving as a Business Support & Workforce Planning Specialist in the Toronto Shelter and Support Services Division. Dilini has a strong background in full cycle recruitment, providing strategic HR consulting, and managing large-scale staffing projects while ensuring compliance with policies and collective agreements. Previous roles include HR Advisor and Sourcing Specialist, delivering targeted recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers across multiple divisions. Dilini has also contributed as an interpreter and HR assistant in various organizations, complemented by a strong educational foundation including a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College and an MBA from University Canada West.
