Latha Sukumar is the Executive Director and General Counsel of MCIS Language Solutions, a position held since September 1996, where Latha leads the transformation of the organization into a model social enterprise recognized as the largest non-profit language solutions provider globally by Common Sense Advisory in 2013. In addition to this role, Latha is a practicing lawyer since being called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and has maintained a part-time legal practice. Latha holds a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from York University and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School.
