Vidya Krishnan is a seasoned urban planner with extensive experience in land use planning and zoning, currently serving as a Senior Principal Planner at McKenna since August 1999. As President of Innovative Planning Solutions, Inc. since 2004, Vidya provides consulting services to municipal governments and manages various planning projects. In addition to roles as a Zoning Administrator for Northfield Township and a Blighted Building and Building Demolition Management Planner for Van Buren Township, Vidya has held varying leadership positions including Interim Director of Planning and Economic Development for Charter Township of Van Buren and Interim Director for the Building and Planning Department of Van Buren Township. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Ecology from Pondicherry University.
