Mckai is the creative bridge between commercial photography and Generative AI.

Based in Melbourne, we are a specialist design studio that helps fashion, retail, and lifestyle brands integrate artificial intelligence without losing their soul.

We were founded on a simple premise: AI shouldn't look like AI. By combining decades of experience in commercial production and high-end photography with cutting-edge generative workflows, we build visual systems that respect your brand's DNA while unlocking the speed and scale of AI.

What we do:

Bespoke Visual Engines: We configure AI tools to speak your specific visual language. By locking in your signature lighting, color palettes, and models, we ensure that every generated image is 100% compliant with your brand identity.

Hybrid Production Strategy: We don't replace photographers; we empower them. We consult with creative teams on how to weave AI into existing shoots to extend sets, vary backgrounds, and reduce reshoot costs.

High-Fidelity Campaign Generation: Editorial-quality imagery for social, web, and pitch decks that passes the "uncanny valley" test.

Why mckai? Unlike tech-first agencies that focus on automation and chatbots, mckai is production-first. We understand light, composition, and art direction because we come from the studio world. We speak the language of Creative Directors, not just prompt engineers.

Future-proof your visual narrative.
