McKay & Associates is a dynamic and growing assurance, tax and advisory firm in Whitehorse, Yukon offering the advantages of a larger firm, with the more personal approach of a boutique practice. We work with diverse clients and industries, including First Nation communities and businesses dedicated to mining services and resources, hospitality, manufacturing, municipalities and more.
Our firm established its place in the Yukon in the 1980s, and the McKay family took over the business in 2006, developing a vision that has served the practice well for nearly two decades. In everything we do, our emphasis is on adding value. One way we do this is through our uniquely hands-on approach.
We are also proud to offer a friendly, good-natured and collaborative work environment. The members of our team believe deeply in the work they do, prioritizing a job well done above all other considerations. We’re proud of their commitment to excellence and empower them to thrive through generous compensation and benefits. For those pursuing new accounting designations, our firm covers education costs — as well as other forms of professional development — as we recognize this is essential to the continued evolution of our firm, and our ability to provide clients with exceptional service.
