Ben Marsh

Ben Marsh has over two decades of experience in management and consultancy within the fire engineering and risk management sectors. Notable roles include serving as Principal at Marsh Consultancy from February 2010 to February 2017, and as Business Manager at Olsson Fire & Risk from August 2016 to July 2019, where Ben focused on strategic support and business growth. From 2018 to July 2021, Ben held the position of National Business Group Leader for Fire at GHD, and transitioned to Commercial Director at Kaizon Group in July 2021. Currently, Ben is the Regional Manager for Auckland and the Pacific at McKay and has also contributed as a Board Member for the New Zealand Security Association from September 2014 to February 2020. Additionally, Ben served as Managing Director at ASE (Security) from 1998 to 2007 and is currently the General Manager at Fireshield - Fire Protection Coatings until July 2025.
