Stuart Mcdonald

Stuart McDonald currently serves as the Executive General Manager of People and Culture at McKay since May 2021, having previously held the position of General Manager of People and Culture. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Employment Relations at Northland District Health Board and Practice Manager at Context Architects. Stuart has also contributed as Strategic Coach and Director at enableMe, Head of Human Resources for Opus International Consultants, and People and Culture Business Manager at Beca, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Management in Human Resources Management from Otago Polytechnic and various certifications related to human resources and personnel management.
