Crystal Smith

Crystal Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and project management. They began their career as a Collections Specialist at RBC from 1999 to 2001, followed by a role as a Flight Attendant with Air Canada and JetsGo between 2001 and 2004. Most recently, Crystal has served as the Manager of Commercial Operations at McKesson Canada since 2025, where they lead cross-functional teams and oversee project completion while developing strategic plans and managing risks.
