Lee Steele

Lee Steele has accumulated a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 1998. Lee then moved to roles at Oakville Hospital Foundation as a Nurse, and later transitioned to various positions at Bayshore HealthCare, culminating in the role of Director of Local Business Development. In 2019, Lee joined McKesson as the Senior Director of INVIVA and Chief Nursing Officer, before being promoted to Vice President of INVIVA and Chief Nursing Officer in 2020.

Lee Steele earned a BScN in Nursing from McMaster University in 1997. Later, between 2019 and 2021, Lee pursued Executive Leadership studies at Cornell University.
