Akhil Bhat

Akhil Bhat is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as Director of Data Science at McKesson since June 2023. Previously, Akhil worked at eClerx from June 2016 to June 2023, where roles included Data Science Manager, overseeing data science engagements that enhanced customer insights and operational efficiency, as well as managing teams delivering marketing mix models for clients in the APAC region. Additional experience includes positions as Data Science Consultant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, and earlier roles in research and analytics at Concentrix and Mu Sigma, focusing on analytical solutions for customer loyalty and segmentation. Akhil holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication from PES University, alongside a graduate certificate in Business Management from Cornell University.
