Alexia Allina

Alexia Allina is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the VP of Communications and Events at McKesson since October 2023, responsible for leading the enterprise communications strategy for a $12B+ division and managing a team of 11. Prior to this role, Alexia spent over four years as Senior Director of Communications at Advance Auto Parts, where responsibilities included establishing the communications function for an $11B business. Alexia's career also includes significant roles at PepsiCo, where leadership involved corporate public relations for Frito-Lay, and earlier experience at Citizen Paine leading PR programs for major brands, as well as at Hill+Knowlton Strategies driving civic and media strategy. Alexia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Puget Sound.
