Andrew Booth is currently the Managing Chief Counsel for M&A and Ventures at McKesson. Previously, they served as an Associate at DLA Piper from 2012 to 2022, representing venture capital firms and private equity funds in numerous equity and debt financing, M&A, and joint venture transactions. Andrew has significant experience leading negotiations and managing large deal teams across various sectors, including life sciences and technology. They earned their law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
