EVP, CFO at McKesson

Britt Vitalone is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for McKesson Corporation. Vitalone assumed the role of chief financial officer in January 2018 and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership for McKesson. This includes ensuring the company’s strategy creates shareholder value, communicating the company’s strategies and performance to investors, and implementing a capital structure, financial processes and controls to support the company’s growth and return on investment goals. Vitalone oversees the company's overall financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, financial planning, investor relations, internal audit and financial services operations. He also has responsibility for McKesson’s global direct and indirect procurement operations.

Vitalone joined McKesson in 2006, and prior to becoming executive vice president and chief financial officer, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer, McKesson U.S. Pharmaceutical and Specialty Health. He also was senior vice president of corporate finance and M&A Finance, and senior vice president and chief financial officer, McKesson Medical-Surgical.

Vitalone is a member of McKesson’s executive committee. Additionally, he is a member of the CNBC Global CFO Council.

Vitalone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and is a certified public accountant. He is based in Las Colinas, Texas.
