Candice Lee

Candice Lee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and franchise matters. Currently serving as Lead Counsel at McKesson since May 2023, Candice previously held roles as Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Nurx from April 2020 to April 2023. Earlier in the career, Candice was with Gap Inc. from March 2016 to March 2020 as Senior Counsel and Director of the Global Legal Department. Prior legal experience includes serving as an Attorney at Kurtz Law Group, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and McDermott Will and Emery, where responsibilities ranged from advising on mergers and acquisitions to franchise registration. Candice holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego.
