Caroline Farag

Caroline Farag is a Senior Clinical Pharmacist with a wealth of experience in oncology and various pharmacy settings. They completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at UC San Diego before working as a Pharmacist at USC University Hospital and later as an Oncology Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, Caroline served as a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist at City of Hope and is currently employed with McKesson. They hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside. Caroline possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments.
