Catherine Creely

Catherine Creely is the Chief Counsel for Litigation at McKesson, where they focus on a variety of investigation and litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense and government investigations. With extensive experience in representing clients in high-stakes cases under the False Claims Act, they assist with internal investigations and compliance reviews. Prior to their current role, they served as Senior Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2007 to 2020, gaining significant trial experience in criminal law and healthcare compliance. Catherine holds a Doctor of Law, magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
