Deborah Lan

Deborah Lan, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives Analytics at McKesson, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Deborah was an Analytics Consultant at CoverMyMeds from October 2021 to January 2023, and held various positions at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, including Data Analytics Consultant and Data Warehousing Analyst from May 2019 to October 2021. Deborah also worked as an Education Resource Specialist at The Ohio State University College of Medicine from February 2018 to May 2019, and served as Program Manager for the Nonfiction Texts in Inquiry Based Science Program at The Ohio State University from June 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included designing assessments and collecting data for evaluations in high needs schools. Deborah began her career at the university as a Graduate Research Assistant for the same program, contributing to curriculum design and data collection. Deborah holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Teaching and Learning, alongside a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning specializing in Science Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, all from The Ohio State University.
