Eliya Bloy

Eliya Bloy is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in backend server development and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Backend Server Team Leader at McKesson since December 2012, Eliya previously held the position of VP Head of VAS at CallUp Net, where responsibilities included leading the VAS team and developing telephony systems with expertise in protocols such as SS7 and SIP. Prior to that, Eliya worked at Vigilant as the CCTV - Server Group leader, heading three software development teams, and at Comverse in roles ranging from Streaming Server Senior SW Engineer to DSP SW Engineer. Eliya began a professional career as a C++ lecturer at Sivan and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
