Erin Roche, SPHR, is the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations at McKesson, where they lead the talent acquisition strategy for The US Oncology Network and intraFUSION. With a strong background in human resources, Erin has previously served in various roles at United Airlines and St. Luke's, focusing on recruitment and HR support. They hold a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Oklahoma. In their earlier career, Erin demonstrated leadership and customer service excellence while working at Aon Hewitt.
