Heather Helton

Heather Helton currently serves as the Director HR-Transformation Labor Lead at McKesson, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Heather held multiple roles at 7-Eleven from January 2018 to September 2025, including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, with a focus on supporting Digital and IT. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cheddar's Casual Cafe, where responsibilities involved addressing day-to-day HR needs, as well as working as a Field HR Manager at On The Border, providing HR leadership for 62 locations. Additionally, Heather was a Human Resources Supervisor at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, overseeing 30 locations, and began a career in hospitality with Marriott International as an Assistant F&B Manager. Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Administration from Washington State University between 1994 and 1999.
