John Lawrence

John Lawrence is a Senior Manager of Employee Relations currently responsible for overseeing the employee relations support function for a Medical-Surgical group of 8,000 employees. With extensive experience in risk management, conflict resolution, and compliance, John manages a team of five remote employee relations consultants while collaborating closely with various organizational departments. John's previous roles include serving as an Employee Relations Manager at McKesson and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they taught Marketing 101. They have a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned in 1980. Additionally, John has a rich history of leadership as an organist and music leader at local churches in the Richmond area.
