Jon Janecek

Jon Janecek is an experienced professional in business process outsourcing and governance, currently serving as the Director of Business Process Outsourcing and Governance at McKesson since September 2016. In this role, Jon leads BPO, automation effectiveness, and shared services governance teams. Previously, Jon held positions including Sr. Manager of Business Process Outsourcing at McKesson, where oversight of service performance management was provided. At Tribune Publishing Company, Jon supported shared services across corporate functions and process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Iron Mountain, Bank of America, Xerox, and Alcatel, where Jon focused on continuous improvement, operations management, and project management. Jon holds a BA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
