Joy Reese, PharmD, is the Vice President of Emerging Pharmacy Channels at McKesson, where they drive strategies in the digital pharmacy space. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Walgreens, including Regional Director of Local Specialty Operations and Senior Director of Advanced Therapies, where they managed large teams and fostered collaboration with healthcare partners to enhance patient care. Joy co-chaired the Women of WBA – Southwest Region Chapter, advocating for women's empowerment and diversity within the workplace. They earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University in 2006.
