Juliet Pate

Juliet (Sy) Pate is an experienced Securities and Corporate Governance Attorney currently serving as the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Managing Chief Counsel for Governance and Shareholder Engagement at McKesson. Previously, they held positions at JELD-WEN, Inc. and Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they oversaw various corporate governance, securities, and compliance matters. Juliet began their legal career at Troutman Sanders LLP, representing public and private companies, and later gained substantial experience at Southern Company Gas. They earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Florida State University.
