Katherine Buchanan

Katherine Buchanan, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of the Project Management Office in Corporate Finance at McKesson since September 2022, Katherine has previously held roles such as Director of Project Portfolio Management and Sr. Manager of Change Leadership at the same company. In earlier positions at FedEx Ground and McKesson, Katherine effectively managed product portfolios and regulatory affairs. Additional experience includes work as an Associate Configuration Management Engineer at Ansaldo STS and various library roles, showcasing skills in information management and customer communication. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Italian-Linguistics, and Education from New York University.
