Katherine Grayson

Katherine Grayson is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at McKesson, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Katherine served as Associate General Counsel at Encompass Health from 2013 to 2020, where they provided counsel on various legal issues and led compliance investigations. Their legal career began at King & Spalding, where they worked as an Associate from 2010 to 2013, gaining experience in business litigation and regulatory compliance. Katherine earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication Arts from The University of Georgia, followed by a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
