Kristy Aro

Kristy Aro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and training within the pharmaceutical and medical communications sectors. Currently serving as Director of Quality and Training Development at Symphony Health since October 2019, Kristy has successfully established a training department and created a comprehensive training roadmap. Previous roles include National Account Director at Symphony Health, where Kristy was the principal contact for pharmaceutical clients, and Associate Director of Business Development at Arbor Scientia, overseeing a business development team and forging strategic alliances.
