Lacey Barrera

Lacey Barrera is an accomplished professional with a strong background in organizational psychology and human resources. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Employee Engagement at McKesson since March 2023, Lacey specializes in survey design and organizational psychology. Lacey also holds a board member position with the Ability Employee Resource Group, focusing on communication and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
