Lana Dye

Lana Dye is a seasoned healthcare Compliance and Ethics professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. They currently serve as the Sr. Director of Compliance & Ethics at McKesson, where they oversee compliance coding and billing education. Previously, they worked as a Senior Consultant at AMAC, and held leadership roles at Vantage Oncology and Northside Hospital, developing and managing compliance programs across numerous facilities. Lana has also held various positions at Varian Medical Systems, showcasing a strong background in clinical support and education. They are pursuing a BS in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis and an AS in Radiation Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
