Leslie Duncan

Leslie Duncan serves as the Sr. Director of Compliance & Ethics in Practice Management at McKesson, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Leslie was the President/CEO of Duncan Quality Consulting, LLC from January 2015 to March 2020, providing consultancy services in healthcare business process management, risk administration, legal compliance, quality assurance, and staff training. Leslie's extensive career at Walmart spanned from May 1988 to November 2014, during which time Leslie held multiple leadership positions, including Regional Director for the Health and Wellness Division, where oversight included managing health and wellness operations for a significant number of staff across numerous facilities. Leslie also contributed to quality assurance initiatives, operations coordination, and pharmacy management. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Houston, completing the degree in 1988.
