Luanne Phillips

Luanne Phillips has extensive experience in payroll management, having held key positions in various organizations since 2000. Notably, Luanne served as the Director of Global Payroll at Alvarez & Marsal for over 12 years, managing payroll for more than 3,000 employees across multiple countries and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Subsequent roles included Head of Global Payroll at Flexport and Senior Director of Global Payroll & Benefits at Vonage, where responsibilities included keeping payroll operations updated with regulatory changes and leading process improvement initiatives. Luanne also directed payroll operations at New York University, focusing on accurate and compliant pay cycles, and is currently the Senior Director of Payroll Production at McKesson, driving strategic vision and optimization of payroll processes. Luanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Business Administration.
