Mark Benton

Mark Benton has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Vice President of HR Corporate Functions and Vice President of Talent Management & Development at McKesson since July 2016. In these roles, Benton is responsible for designing and delivering talent strategies in areas such as talent selection, learning and development, and organizational culture. Prior to McKesson, Benton held senior roles at PepsiCo from January 2005 to July 2016, including Sr. Director of Talent Development & Organization Capability, where responsibilities included developing senior talent, building global learning programs, and succession planning. Benton began a career at Accenture from 1995 to 2001, managing the recruiting lifecycle for the oil & gas and utilities practices. Benton earned a BA in Telecommunications with a focus on Organizational Communication from Baylor University.
