Matt Bahleda

Matt Bahleda has a diverse legal background, beginning with a role as Law Office Clerk at Beck-VanWagoner Law, PLLC from 2009 to 2011. Experience as a Teaching Assistant at Western Michigan University - Lee Honors College and a Judicial Intern at Van Buren County Circuit Court followed in 2010. In 2012, Matt served as a Litigation Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice. The professional journey continued at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, first as a Summer Associate and later as a Labor & Employment Associate, where responsibilities included representing major private employers and drafting employee handbooks. A secondment in 2019 at American Airlines allowed Matt to serve as Director, Senior Attorney while maintaining a key position at O'Melveny. Currently, Matt holds the position of Lead Labor Counsel at McKesson. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Michigan University and a Juris Doctor, graduated Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
